Dear patients and caregivers:
根据海南省突发公共卫生事件一级应急响应要求，为落实新型冠状病毒感染肺炎依法防控措施，切实维护医护人员及病友健康，保持良好的就诊秩序，在疫情期间，即将前来我院就诊的病友请注意以下事项：
According to the requirements of level 1 emergency response for public health emergencies in Hainan Province, in order to implement the prevention and control for novel coronavirus pneumonia, protect the health of medical staff and patients, and maintain a good order of medical care, during the epidemic period, the patients coming to our hospital for medical care please note the following items:
1、为避免交叉感染，请无紧急需要的病友暂时不要来医院就诊，如有急危重情况来院时要加强自我防护，尽量少陪人，出门都要带好口罩，到医院时请配合体温检测。
1. In order to avoid cross-infection, please do not come to the hospital for medical care for unnecessary. In case of emergency, self-protection should be strengthened, with as few caregiver as possible, masks should be used, and temperature detection should be cooperated when going to the hospital.
2、凡有以下情况之一者，请主动前往发热门诊接受筛查：
Ø 发热（体温≥37.3℃）或有呼吸道症状.
Ø 发病前14天内有武汉市及周边地区，或其他有病例报告社区的旅行史或居住史.
Ø 发病前14天内与新型冠状病毒感染者（核酸检测阳性者）有接触史.
Ø 发病前14天内曾接触过来自武汉市及周边地区，或来自有病例报告社区的发热或有呼吸道症状的患者.
Ø 有聚集性发病.
2. In case of any of the following conditions, please go to fever clinic for screening:
Ø have fever (body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃)or respiratory symptoms.
Ø People who have been to Wuhan or its surrounding areas, or have travel/residence history in the case reporting community in recent two weeks.
Ø People who have contacted with novel coronavirus-infected patients(acid testing positive) in recent two weeks.
Ø Patinets who have contacted with patients with fever/respiratory symptoms from Wuhan city or its surrounding areas, or from the community with case reports in recent two weeks.
Ø have clustering occurrence.
3、我院门诊已于2020年2月3日正常开诊。来自疫区的病友，请自觉遵守隔离观察要求或到医院发热门诊进行筛查。其他疾病病友，我院将安排到相关门诊就诊。
3. Our outpatient service has been opened normally on February 3, 2020. Patients from the epidemic area,especially have fever or cough, please observe the isolation observation requirements or go to the fever outpatient department for screening. For other patients, visit the relevant outpatient department.
4、所有病友及陪同家属在进入门诊大楼前均需要接受体温检测，按照规定出入口路线流动，请积极配合。
4. All patients and caregivers need to receive temperature test before enter the outpatient building. According to the specified entrance and exit routes, please cooperate with us actively.
5、由于专科门诊特殊情况要求，口腔科门诊、耳鼻喉科及眼科门诊只接受处理外伤等急症。普通门诊恢复正常就诊时间视疫情防控情况另行通知。
5. Because of the special requirements of some outpatient department, the outpatient department of Stomatology, otolaryngology and ophthalmology only accept the treatment of trauma and other emergencies. The time for regular general outpatient will be notified according to the situation of epidemic prevention and control.
6、普通门诊开诊的专科开通微信公众号、自助机挂号缴费，建议尽量使用预约自助形式。
6. For outpatient department, WeChat（public account）and self-service machine is used for registration and payment.It is recommended to use the self-service for appointment as much as possible.
7、发热门诊、急诊24小时开诊。
7. Fever clinic(Tel:19989870090) and Emergency services are provided for 24 hours.
8、住院病友不应擅自离开病房，自觉接受病房管理，家属及陪护人需凭陪护证按规定时间进出。
8. The inpatient should not leave the ward without permission, and cooperate the ward management. Caregivers should go in and out according to the specified time with the aid of the accompanying card.
9、法律责任与义务：根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》，请在预检分诊和就诊时，向医生如实告知本人真实情况。违反规定，导致传染病传播、流行，给他人人身、财产造成损害的，依法承担法律责任。
9. Legal responsibilities and obligations: according to the law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases, please inform the doctor of the true situation of yourself during the pre-examination, triage and treatment. Those who violate the regulations, cause the spread and prevalence of infectious diseases and cause damage to others' lives and property shall bear legal liabilities according to law.
